Directions

CVJ-Cuernavaca Airport-40 mi N Driving directions from Mexico City to Zacualpan-Morelos- take the Mexico-Cuernavaca highway. Take the exit to Cocoyoc- Oaxtepec and Cuautla. Drive through the Tepoztlan and coacalco tollbooths. You will come to a roundabout with the statute of Morelos in the middle - practically at the entrance of Cuautla. Drive partially around the traffic circle- turning left- then follow the sign that reads Atotonilco and continue on to Izucar de Matamoros. You will need to drive past four gas stations and a school - the Tecnologico of Morelos - and up the overpass that leads to izucar de Matamoros. From this point- be aware of the following references; you will drive past the La Cuera bridge- a gas station on the left hand side- the Mariano Matamoros complex - with a large green tank- a residential development called El Venadito and 10minutes later- you will see yet another gas station on your left. That is the intersection that leads to Amayuca- in one direction and Jonacantepec in the opposite direction. Take the road to Amayuca and drive for about 200meters until you come to a roundabout. Drive partially around the second road to your right. You are now on the road to Zacualpan. Continue straight ahead- past one gas station- an arch and the town of Amilcingo- Huazulco- and Temoac - the neighboring town- with a red and white church perched on a hilltop. Less than 5 minutes after passing Temoac- you will see a huge tree on your right- 50meters ahead- you will find the hotels street- Abasolo. Make a right and-on the second block- on your left- you will see the hotels pebble inlaid adobe wall and entrance.
